Mr Adrian O’Malley

BDS (UK), M.Dent.Sci. FDS RCS (Eng), M.Orth RCS (Ed)
G.D.C. No: 66971

Adrian graduated from Newcastle Dental School in 1991 having been awarded the ‘best undergraduate student’ prize. Work then took him to several hospitals gaining the experience necessary to pass the Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons.

Perhaps Adrian became interested in braces at an early age, as he’d had the benefit of treatment himself for rather ‘goofy’ teeth. He completed his Orthodontic training in Liverpool and Chester, being awarded a prize for ‘best treatment results’ of all UK Orthodontists to qualify in 1998. He has now over 12 years experience in brace treatments and is a registered specialist with the General Dental Council. Adrian also worked as a general dentist in 3 practices before setting up West House with Paul in 1998.

Adrian has published papers in scientific journals, regularly attends the American Orthodontic Conference to see ‘what’s new’, has chaired a session at the British Orthodontic Conference, and has been involved with planning future dental services with Wirral Primary Care Trust.

He lives in Heswall, and enjoys a busy family life with his wife and children.

Our Orthodontic Therapist

Becky started working with us over 20 years ago as a trainee dental nurse, then quickly demonstrated that she wished to develop her career and skills. She became one of the first Orthodontic Therapists to train and qualify in the UK back in 2007, which means she can fit and adjust braces, working closely with our Orthodontists to a carefully detailed plan. Becky has a confident and sparkly nature that patients and parents enjoy. She keeps up to date with new skills through ongoing training. Outside of work she has a rewarding family life.
